By accessing or using the website at getcdltexas.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Site.

2. Nature of Service

Get CDL Texas is a free lead matching and referral service. We connect individuals seeking CDL training with Texas CDL training schools. Specifically:

• We are not a CDL school and do not provide CDL instruction, testing, or licensing
• We do not guarantee admission to any CDL program
• We do not guarantee employment after CDL training
• We are compensated by partner schools when students enroll -- this service is free to you
• We match based on your location, schedule, and stated preferences -- we do not guarantee any particular school match

In addition to the matching service, Get CDL Texas may also offer online ELDT theory courses for direct purchase. The terms governing those purchases are described in Section 8 below.

3. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a form on this Site, you expressly consent to:

• Being contacted by one or more CDL training schools via phone, email, and/or text message (including automated or pre-recorded calls where permitted by law)
• Your contact information being shared with partner schools in your area
• Follow-up communications from Get CDL Texas and partner schools regarding CDL training programs

You may opt out of communications at any time by contacting us at info@getcdltexas.com or by contacting the school directly. Opting out does not affect the lawfulness of processing before your opt-out.

4. No Enrollment Obligation

Submitting a form on this Site does not obligate you to enroll in any CDL program, pay any fees, or enter into any contract with any school. You are free to accept or decline any school's offer at your sole discretion.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms on this Site. Submitting false or misleading information is prohibited and may result in your inquiry being disregarded.

6. Salary and Outcome Disclaimers

Salary ranges and income figures presented on this Site are estimates based on publicly available Bureau of Labor Statistics data and industry reports. Individual results will vary based on employer, route type, endorsements, experience, and local market conditions. Get CDL Texas makes no guarantees regarding earnings.

7. School Quality Disclaimers

Get CDL Texas reviews partner schools based on internal criteria including program offerings, stated scheduling options, and general fit for prospective students. We do not independently audit school operations, instructor qualifications, pass rates, or employment outcomes. You are encouraged to independently verify any school's credentials, reviews, and accreditation before enrolling.

8. Online Paid Courses

In addition to our free school matching service, Get CDL Texas may offer online ELDT theory courses, including Hazmat endorsement courses, for direct purchase. These courses are delivered through a third-party course provider, not by Get CDL Texas. By purchasing an online course, you agree to the following:

• Payment: Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processor.
• Course delivery: Course access may be fulfilled manually or automatically through the third-party course provider. You will receive course-access information by email after access has been created.
• Hazmat eligibility: Hazmat endorsement courses may require eligibility review depending on your current CDL status. If review is required, course access may be delayed or withheld until eligibility is reviewed.
• No licensing outcome guarantee: Purchase of a theory course does not guarantee CDL issuance, permit-test passage, skills-test passage, job placement, or any other licensing outcome. Course completion certifies that you completed the theory training only.
• Refunds: Refund requests are reviewed based on course-access status, duplicate purchase, eligibility issue, or operational error.
• Refunds after access issued: If course access has already been issued by the course provider, refund eligibility may be limited, except where required by law or approved by Get CDL Texas at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site -- including text, graphics, logos, and code -- is the property of Get CDL Texas or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Get CDL Texas does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get CDL Texas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site, any matched school's services, or any CDL training program. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get CDL Texas from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
